For the first time, a large film distributer makes use of PlazZza, the search portal for Mobile Internet sites, launched last year by the Belgian mobile operators. With the launch of trailers on PlazZza, Universal Pictures International (UPI) wishes to integrate the mobile channel into its promotional campaigns.
Especially for this campaign MobileWeb.be and the agency Mec:interaction made sure that PlazZza was extended with a separate movie channel, which included the Transformers film trailer.
To download the trailer of the new movie Transformers, SMS for free the hitcode TRANSFO to the shortcode 4444.

MobileWeb.be already introduces several other big names on PlazZza, among which the telecom giants Samsung and Telenet, and soccer team Club Brugge.
PlazZza offers a platform to easily gain access to the mobile internet sites in Belgium. The end-user can choose from different categories on PlazZza which contain the WAP sites. Another possibility is the sending of a free SMS with a certain hitcode to the shortcode 4444. If one sends a sms with the hitcode TRANSFO, one receives a direct link to the mobile site of Transformers.
