In October 2009, MobileWeb presented the iPhone app for De Standaard (Flemish newspaper of the Corelio group). This mobile application was the first paying news app in the Benelux. Only one day after its launch, the app for De Standaard already ranked first of the paying apps in the Apple App Store.
