 Heytens is a specialized retail chain offering home and interior decoration products. It has stores in Belgium and Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland. One of the company’s specialties is the sewing service for curtains and blinds in various fabrics of the collection.

In the past, an employee had to call every customer to inform them that their order was ready. Needless to say, this was a time consuming job, taking about half a manday per week and per shop.

Heytens now uses MobileWeb.be WebSMS to send its customers an SMS message when their order is ready to be picked up in the nearest Heytens shop. All the franchising shops have their own WebSMS account. Heytens’ own shops have been assigned a unique ID, allowing the company to centralize the billing while having detailed SMS volumes per shop. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, there is no need for extensive training of the Heytens employees to use the application. The complete setup of the solution cost Heytens less than 1000 euro.
