The Challenge
Customers sometimes forget or neglect to show up for their appointment. These noshows cause severe efficiency problems in the work flow at the Carglass service centers.

The MobileWeb Solution
The SMS alerting solution MobileWeb.be developed for Carglass uses the MobileWeb.be SMS Gateway to send SMS messages to their customers. This SMS message reminds the customer of a planned appointment at their Carglass service center. The SMS is formatted by Carglass and then sent in real time over the SMS Gateway.

The Result
Implementing the SMS alerting solution substantially increased the efficiency in the Carglass work process and their communication with the customer. The no-show for appointments was drastically reduced with 50%, resulting in a major cost saving. The new SMS message service adds a personal approach to the client relationship.
